What the website is for
The website shows Tomita’s collections and lets you request samples and sample books, save designs to an account and contact our team. Colours and textures on a screen differ from the real material, so please judge a design from a physical sample before you specify it. We describe sizes, materials and fire ratings in good faith; please confirm the details with us for your project, and ask us for certificates where you need them.
Nothing is sold on this website
We do not show prices, take orders or take payment on this website, so there is nothing to refund here. Prices, orders, delivery, returns and refunds for wallcoverings are agreed directly with Tomita or our representatives, in a quotation and the terms that come with it.
Samples and sample books
- Cut samples are free. When you no longer need them, you are welcome to send them back to us so they can be reused.
- Sample books are lent free of charge. We ask you to pay the shipping one way and to send the books back within ten days of their arrival.
- Samples depend on what is in stock; we will tell you if something you asked for is not available.
Your account
Please keep access to your email address secure, as it is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time on your account page. We may close an account that is used to misuse the website or our sample service.
Our designs, photographs and words
The designs, photographs, text and logos on this website belong to Tomita or to the photographers and partners who made them. Please do not copy, publish or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you would like to use our images, for example in a client presentation or a publication, ask us.
Other websites
Links to other websites, such as Instagram or courier tracking pages, are there for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be complete, current or free of interruption. To the extent the law allows, Tomita is not responsible for loss arising from your use of the website.
